Concerns about loss of privacy are not new, and now a computer's ability to gather and sort vast amounts of data - and the Internet's ability to distribute it globally - magnify those concerns. We want you to know that we take your privacy seriously and we invite you to read this privacy policy so that you know just what we do with the information we collect.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how we treat personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to your past use of the Arizona Interfaith Counseling web site. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to:

Information Collection

Arizona Interfaith Counseling collects information from you when you become a client. That information is protected by HIPAA.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Arizona Interfaith Counseling does not rent, sell, or share information about your browsing habits at our site with other people. Information collected on this web site as part of the registration process for a Parent Information Program class is used by the course instructor, and in the rare instance a course is canceled, by our office staff to notify those individuals registered for the class. After you have completed a class, we notify the court of such.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to information about you and your browsing habits at our site to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information in order to do their jobs well.

Linking to Other Sites

From time to time we will provide links to other web sites, not owned or controlled by Arizona Interfaith Counseling. We do this because we think this information might be of interest or use to you. While we do our best to ensure your privacy, we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. A link to a web site not owned by Arizona Interfaith Counseling does not constitute or imply endorsement by Arizona Interfaith Counseling. Additionally, we can not guarantee the quality or accuracy of information presented on web sites not owned or operated by Arizona Interfaith Counseling. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any web site you visit.

Use of Electronic Mail

We may provide email links on our site to further facilitate general communication between Arizona Interfaith Counseling staff and you. However, unless encrypted, electronic mail is not a secure and confidential means of communication. Non-encrypted electronic communications may be accessed and viewed by others without your consent or knowledge. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us by phone using the number found on our web site whenever you are communicating personal information to us.

This privacy policy is effective as of October 1st, 2005. Arizona Interfaith Counseling may change this statement from time to time without notice. This statement is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal right in or on behalf of any party.
